Metal dust collectors for grinding and other spark-producing metalworking machines. Compare compact and higher-capacity NOVA models by airflow, voltage, intake size and mobility to choose the right extractor for your workshop.
There are 3 products.
A metal dust collector helps keep the work area cleaner when grinding, deburring or working with machines that produce metal dust, chips and sparks. These extractors are designed for metalworking use, where ordinary woodworking dust collectors are not suitable for spark-producing applications.
The selection includes compact and mobile NOVA models for different workshop needs. All models use 2 x 100 mm intakes, making them suitable for connection to typical metalworking extraction points and hoses.
Start by checking airflow, power supply and the amount of dust produced by your machine. A compact unit such as a 750 W model is practical for smaller workstations, while a higher-capacity 1500 W unit suits heavier or more continuous grinding use.
Voltage is also important. Some models are 230 V and easy to place in many workshops, while 380 V models are intended for three-phase environments. Always check the product details for exact specifications and live stock status before ordering.
Air suction capacity ranges from compact 14.15 m³/min units to stronger 25 m³/min models. Higher airflow can be useful when connecting to demanding grinding work or when longer hose runs are used.
Weight and size affect placement. Lighter extractors are easier to move between workstations, while heavier wheeled units provide more capacity for regular workshop use. The 2 x 100 mm intake layout gives flexibility for hose routing and machine connection.
Metal dust collector performance depends on the full setup, not only the machine itself. Suitable hoses, filter elements and collecting bags help maintain suction and keep the collector practical in daily use.
Many spare parts are available directly from stock, and the accessory selection includes items such as 100 mm hoses, replacement filter elements and collecting bags. NOVA service supports customers through the Seinäjoki store location, and skilled staff can help you choose the correct machine and accessories.
Machines are generally kept in stock, with only a few top-tier professional models sold on request. Shipments are sent from Finland, and in-stock products are normally delivered in 2–4 business days depending on the destination.
