NOVA IL1000 induction heater 1kW

NOVA IL1000 is small but powerful induction heater for flameless heating e.g. in the auto repair shops. 1kW power offers quick heating time. Integrated working light helps while working in low light surroundings. Comes together with alternative induction heating coils + carry-on protective case.

The NOVA IL1000 is an induction heater that significantly simplifies maintenance work on cars and machinery, for example. It is a handy tool for removing, among other things, rusted bolts and nuts or those secured with threadlocker. The induction heater is safe to use because you no longer need a gas torch or open flame for heating; instead, you can heat locally using induction.

Attaching and changing the induction coil is quick. The unit includes a comprehensive selection of different-sized loops as well as straight wires that can be bent to suit the workpiece. The integrated work light makes it easier to work in dim areas.

Example heating times for the NOVA IL1000 induction heater for steel, from room temperature (approx. 25°C) to 300°C (removal temperature):

10–22 mm: approx. 30–35 s

23–28 mm: approx. 35–60 s

29–36 mm: 65–90 s

37–40 mm: 90–120 s

The temperature of red-hot steel is about 550°C. The recommended removal temperature is 300–500°C; excessive heating may weaken the metal and can even weld the threads shut.

Automatic power cut-off after 2 minutes.
