Choose a metal sanding machine for deburring, grinding, surface finishing or pipe and profile work. The range includes compact 230 V machines, heavy-duty belt sanders, dust extraction models and profile sanders, with technical support available to help you select the right solution.
There are 12 products.
A metal sander makes deburring, edge rounding, weld preparation and surface finishing faster and more consistent. The selection includes belt sanders for general metalwork, wider machines for demanding grinding, pipe and profile sanders for accurate angle work, and models with integrated or compatible dust extraction.
Most machines are generally kept in stock, while a few top-tier professional models may be sold on request. Check each product page for live stock status, technical specifications and delivery information.
For smaller parts and occasional workshop use, a compact machine with a 50 x 1000 mm or 100 x 1220 mm belt can be a practical choice. For regular fabrication work, 75 x 2000 mm belt sanders offer a good balance of capacity, speed and handling.
For heavier grinding and wider contact surfaces, 150 mm and 220 mm belt machines provide more working width and power. Many professional models offer quick adjustment between horizontal and vertical grinding, spring-loaded belt tensioning and easy tracking for efficient belt changes.
Pipe and profile sanders are designed for accurate angle grinding on tubes and profiles, with adjustable grinding angles such as 30–90° depending on the model. They are especially useful for railing, frame and metal construction work where repeatability matters.
Metal dust and grinding sparks require suitable extraction equipment. Models with integrated dust extraction and separate metal dust collectors help keep the working area cleaner and support safer, more controlled operation. Always match the dust extraction solution to the material, machine and application.
Sanding belts, graphite slips, contact wheels, drive wheels and pipe sanding rolls are available for many NOVA machines. Choosing the right grit helps control material removal: coarse belts are suited to shaping and weld cleanup, while finer grits are better for finishing.
NOVA Pro complements metalworking machines with tooling and consumables such as flap discs, grinding discs, cutting discs, drills, taps and milling tools. It is not a machine model range, but a practical accessory and consumable option when you want to purchase machines and everyday metalworking supplies from the same place.
Koneita.com staff can help compare voltage, power, belt size, speed range and dust extraction needs before purchase. The warehouse is located in Seinäjoki, Finland, and NOVA service supports customers through the Seinäjoki store location.
Shipments are sent from Finland. For in-stock products, delivery is normally 2–4 business days depending on destination.
