Description

The NOVA 290VF metal lathe is designed for both metalworking hobbyists and professionals who demand top-quality performance and precision. At the heart of the lathe is a 1,500-watt three-phase motor operating at 230 volts, delivering excellent torque at all speeds. A variable frequency drive (VFD) enables stepless speed control from 50 to 2,000 rpm, making turning work flexible and accurate.

The maximum workpiece diameter is 290 mm, and the distance between centers is 700 mm, enabling precise work even on larger parts. The lathe’s spindle bore is 38 mm, expanding the range of materials and workpieces that can be machined. The 210 kg frame ensures stable operation and reduces vibration, improving work quality.
