The NOVA BF30VL milling machine is a powerful and versatile solution suitable for a variety of machining tasks, such as milling, drilling, grinding, and tapping. The machine’s 1.1 kW brushless motor provides sufficient power for demanding jobs. The dovetail slide ensures high quality and precision, enabling accuracy down to 0.01 mm. The milling head can be tilted 45 degrees in both directions, helping to achieve an excellent surface finish.
The table size is 840 x 210 mm, and the travel range is 590 x 220 mm, providing ample space even for large workpieces. The milling capacity is up to 30/70 mm, and the drilling capacity is 30 mm, ensuring versatility across many applications.
The NOVA BF30VL is equipped with a digital readout (DRO) for the X and Y axes and stepless speed control, enabling precise control of the milling process. The steplessly adjustable spindle speed from 50 to 2250 rpm provides suitable settings for different machining speeds. With the Sino DRO, working accuracy and the user experience are improved even further.
The cross-feed table, included as standard, increases working comfort and usability. Available clamping solutions and accessories allow the machine to be customized to suit your needs.
