The NOVA TR-40 is designed specifically for bending square and rectangular tubes. It is also ideal for shaping flat bars and rods—from gentle curves to perfect circles. The TR-40 is an excellent choice for both industrial production and decorative metal projects.

The TR-40 handles a variety of materials, such as steel, copper, and aluminum. Whether it’s a heavy steel structure or a lighter copper or aluminum piece, the machine delivers consistent and reliable bending results.

The hand-operated, bench-mount design makes the TR-40 easy to use and control. It can bend, for example, flat bar up to 2" x 1/4" (50.8 x 6.35 mm) as well as square tube up to 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" with a wall thickness of 1/16" (38 x 38 mm, wall 1.6 mm). Manual operation allows precise adjustments during the bending process and always ensures an accurate end result.
