Description

The NOVA X-45 milling machine has been developed for demanding metalworking, offering versatile functions and a precise finish. The machine’s motor power is 1500/1100 watts, ensuring sufficient power for demanding work situations. The milling machine’s drilling capacity is 45 mm in cast iron and 32 mm in steel, enabling efficient work with different materials. The milling capacity is 80 mm in cast iron and 32 mm in steel.

The NOVA X-45 features a 12-step spindle speed range covering 75–3200 rpm, making the machine highly flexible for different machining needs. The machine has automatic spindle feed, which makes work easier and improves the finish. The table size is 1000 x 240 mm, and its travel ranges are 760 mm longitudinally and 190 mm crosswise. The automatic tapping function makes thread cutting fast and hassle-free. When the spindle is lowered to the set start height, the tap starts rotating automatically, reverses direction at the specified depth, and stops when the spindle returns to the upper position. These features combine a wide travel range with the precision required for complex milling tasks. The dovetail column provides stability, and the milling head’s 90° tilt in both directions enables angular drilling and milling, improving versatility.
