NOVA WP360 – Developed and Manufactured in Finland

NOVA WP360 is the result of careful product development carried out in Finland, where the focus has been on robust construction, precision, and long service life. The machine is designed in 3D CAD with the goal of keeping manufacturing costs low while maintaining a high level of quality and functionality.

The frame is manufactured and the machine assembled in Finland, providing full control over the production process and ensuring consistent high quality. By using laser-cut parts, we have been able to keep the price at a very competitive level without compromising the strength or functionality of the machine.

We tested ten different motor alternatives in practical welding workshops and selected the best option based on performance, torque, and reliability. The combination of motor and drivetrain provides strong torque already at low speeds, and the speed range is sufficient for most welding applications. For a special requirements, we also made a version for laser welding, with speeds up to 30 rpm.

The machine is finished with a durable industrial paint that is well suited for workshop environments, ensuring it withstands daily use while maintaining a professional appearance over time.
